Issuance of the President's Decree "On measures to provide for formation and
functioning of the agrarian market" on June 6, 2000, gave a good enough new reason to
debate on the agricultural issues. On June 22, 2000, a round-table meeting held in the
premises of joint-stock bank Aval was an attempt to analyze the full scope of events
happening in the Ukrainian agriculture. Agro Perspective was among the initiators of this
